We're excited to announce our next Lift Off competition will be July 30th. This event will also be our Broadway Location Grand Opening!
We will have our lifters start at 9:30 am with food and a celebration immediately to follow. Feel free to invite friends and family.
Lift-Off Details
Participants will have to option of participating in the following:
Three 1RM attempts on the back squat (barbell or safety squat bar)
Three 1 RM attempts on the bench press (padded if necessary)
Three 1RM attempts on the deadlift with a bar of choice
Judging of winners will be covered at the event.
We will begin at 9:30 am for warm-ups and start the lifts at 10 am.
