Group Classes


Our group training classes are full-body strength training focused. We follow pain-free training, which means we want you to move well, move often, get stronger over time, and do all of this without being in causing pain. 


Our coaches are Pain-Free Performance Specialists (PPSC) certified and we use a blend of barbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to improve strength with our members. 


Each class is designed with 4 phases in mind:


  • Warmup 

  • Key performance indicator 

  • Muscle building

  • Metabolic finisher


What is the schedule of classes?



The above hours are for our general strength training classes ONLY.  We program for 3 training sessions per week and recommend following a schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.  Each class is capped at 10 people and we ask that you RSVP for each class. 


How do you get started?


Because of the speed and form of the class, we ask that all new members complete our RF Ramp-Up Program with a coach before joining our classes (no exceptions).  This ramp-up phase is a combination of 1:1 training sessions to ensure you grasp our training philosophy and technique. Our Ramp Up program starts at 3 sessions for $210. 


If you're interested in starting classes with us, enter your info below to schedule an RF No-Sweat Intro. The No-Sweat Intro is a 1:1 meeting with one of our coaches to talk about your goals, training history, and philosophy.  If we match well together, you can decide to purchase one of our packages.  If we don’t match, we can refer you to one of our good friends in the industry. 


Are all classes the same?


No! We have:

  • General strength classes open to all fitness levels

    • See visual above​

  • Youth strength development classes (ages 11-13)

    • Tuesdays/Thursdays at 4 pm, Saturdays at 9 am​

  • Balance & Power classes for adults 60+

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am​

  • Kettlebell Conditioning

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 pm (45-minute class)​

  • Educational workshops throughout the year

What is the cost?


After completing our Ramp Up Program, we have group training membership options.

This includes:


  • Month-to-month memberships are billed automatically at the beginning of each month for 2x a week and unlimited class access.

    • All of our memberships are month-to-month commitments and can be canceled with a 14-day notice.

    • Family add-on specials.

  • Punch cards for 10 classes at a time.
