Group Classes

Our group training classes are full-body strength training focused. We follow pain-free training, which means we want you to move well, move often, get stronger over time and do all of this without being in causing pain. 


Our coaches are Pain-Free Performance Specialists (PPSC) certified and we use a blend of barbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to improve strength with our members. 


Each class is designed with 4 phases in mind:


  • Warmup 

  • Key performance indicator 

  • Muscle building

  • Metabolic finisher


What is the schedule of classes?



We program for 3 training sessions per week and recommend following a schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.  Each class is capped at 10 people and we ask that you RSVP for each class. 


How do you get started?


Because of the speed and form of the class, we ask that all new members complete our RF Ramp up program before joining our classes (no exceptions).  This ramp up phase is a combination of 1:1 training sessions to ensure you grasp our training philosophy and technique. Our Ramp Up program starts at 3 sessions for $210. 


If you re interested in starting classes with us, enter your info below to schedule a RF No-Sweat Intro. The No-Sweat Intro is a 1:1 meeting with one of our coaches to talk about your goals, training g history, and our philosophy.  If we match well together, you can decide to purchase one of our packages.  If we don’t match, we can refer you to one of our good friends in the industry. 




Afer completing our Ramp Up Program we have group training memberships for $225 per month or 3-months for $600. Mont to month memerbships ar billed automatically at teh beginning of each month. 3-month memerbships autorenew and bill at the end of the 3-months.  All of our membership are month-to-month commitments and can be cancelled witha 14-day notice.
