Group Classes


Our group training classes are full-body strength training focused. We follow pain-free training, which means we want you to move well, move often, get stronger over time and do all of this without being in causing pain. 


Our coaches are Pain-Free Performance Specialists (PPSC) certified and we use a blend of barbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to improve strength with our members. 


Each class is designed with 4 phases in mind:


  • Warmup 

  • Key performance indicator 

  • Muscle building

  • Metabolic finisher


What is the schedule of classes?



The above hours are for our general strength training classes ONLY.  We program for 3 training sessions per week and recommend following a schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.  Each class is capped at 10 people and we ask that you RSVP for each class. 


How do you get started?


Because of the speed and form of the class, we ask that all new members complete our RF Ramp-Up Program with a coach before joining our classes (no exceptions).  This ramp up phase is a combination of 1:1 training sessions to ensure you grasp our training philosophy and technique. Our Ramp Up program starts at 3 sessions for $210. 


If you re interested in starting classes with us, enter your info below to schedule a RF No-Sweat Intro. The No-Sweat Intro is a 1:1 meeting with one of our coaches to talk about your goals, training history, and our philosophy.  If we match well together, you can decide to purchase one of our packages.  If we don’t match, we can refer you to one of our good friends in the industry. 


Are all classes the same?


No! We have:

  • General strength classes open to all fitness levels

  • Youth strength development classes (ages 11-13)

  • Balance & Power classes for adults 60+

  • Endurance heavy classes (Dance Cardio)

  • Educational workshops throughout the year

What is the cost?


After completing our Ramp Up Program, we have group training memberships thst . Month-to-month memberships are billed automatically at the beginning of each month. 3-month memberships auto renew and bill at the end of the 3-months.  All of our memberships are month-to-month commitments and can be cancelled with a 14-day notice.

Monday - 9 am, 4 pm, 5 pm Tuesday - 6 am, 5 pm, 6 pm Wednesday - 9 am, 4 pm, 5 pm Thursday
