This past weekend was a powerful reminder of what consistent training, intentional coaching, and strong community support can produce. Several Resilient Fitness lifters stepped onto the platform and delivered outstanding powerlifting performances, earning first-place finishes, podium spots, and state records across multiple divisions.
Beyond the numbers, this weekend reflected what we value most at Resilient Fitness: preparation, composure under pressure, and showing up for one another.

Coaching, Family Support, and Community Matter
Competitive success never happens in isolation.
We’re incredibly grateful for the family members and friends who showed up, supported our lifters, helped manage logistics, and brought energy to the platform. That presence makes a difference.
A special thank-you goes to Coach Stacie and Coach Karina for their hands-on support throughout meet prep and competition day — from warm-ups and technical cues to mindset and execution. This was a true team effort.
What’s Next: Nationals Prep Is Underway
There’s a fast turnaround as Annette, Marc, and Emma transition directly into Nationals preparation, joined by Marcy and Daniel, who will also be competing this summer.
The focus now shifts to:
Strategic recovery
Precision in training
Sharpening execution under heavier loads
Every session matters from here on out.
