Bruce joined RF as part of one of our specialized classes, Balance & Power (B&P), over a year ago. In addition to his balance and strength, Bruce has made vast improvements to his stability, mobility, and overall fitness. He's also kept us endlessly entertained with his vast well of jokes that rival our best dad jokes! Bruce is always looking for ways to improve or challenge himself and his B&P classmates and he's well on his way to doing unassisted pull-ups, a movement we've been working on all year. We're so proud to have Bruce as part of our community as he really embodies what it means to be Strong for Life!
