Introducing Resilient Fitness' Women's Strong for Life Program

Guaranteed Results

At Resilient Fitness, we want to change the way the message and goals that women are given in the fitness industry.

The industry tells women to be less. Less weight, less food, fewer clothes, etc. We think that fitness is about being more! More strength, more activity, more zest, more confident, more resilient!

To help achieve that, we want to meet you where you’re at and help you build strategies that will switch from the “all-or-nothing” mentality to a growth-mindset and focus on the longterm result. We want to work with what you got and build up a lifestyle that improves your quality of life, not adds more stress and things to do.

No matter what fitness level you may be, we have 3 main goals for you.

First, weight loss is hard, and being told you need to lose it is not helping. Across the board, obesity rates are on the rise, so the current model is broken! Still, marketing is focused on telling women that they need to lose weight, drop 2 more sizes, eat less carbs, etc. The absurd expectations to be two sizes too small and chronic starvation DOES NOT WORK.

We want to focus on getting you STRONGER because a strong body is resilient and can overcome many things. We want to focus on eating for HEALTH and that sometimes means eating more than you normally would. We want to guide you to be the healthiest version of yourself, and that includes strength, fitness, and a positive attitude.

Second, your body is YOUR body, it’s awesome and amazing! Being told that it needs to look a particular way or be a specific size is not cool.  There are ways to train that can help it recover and become stronger, more resilient, and more badass. We want to focus on that!

Lastly, putting your fitness on the back burner doesn’t mean you don’t want it bad enough. Holding a job while in school, or building a career, or even managing a household all stack high on the priority list, which means fitness gets left behind. But that doesn’t mean you don’t want it. There are always things you can do to advance your health, we want to help you do that at an individual level. Taking care of yourself is just as important as all the other goals and responsibilities in your life. We want to help you build up that idea.

Enter the Women's Strong for Life Program!

Who is this for?

Any woman who wants to take control of their fitness journey. This program is designed to give you a fundamental course in exercise training and fitness nutrition with an emphasis on sustainability and long term health. If you want to be the master of your journey, with a little help from someone who wants you to succeed as much as you do, this is the program for you!

I would have regret if I didn’t mention that this 6-week course is just a start for a lifestyle of taking care of yourself, we will have options to continue working with us if you choose to.

How does it work?

The mission is to build a community and culture of women that strive to be better, each and every day focused around strength training, health, and a high-quality lifestyle.

We do this by providing a 6-week strength training program with a highly qualified instructor, Coach Jesus, that teaches you the fundamentals of strength training and conditioning. This is a safe environment committed to creating this best positive experience. We aim to keep it safe, simple, small, and without judgment.  You’ll go through a series of specific movements and learn how to progress them so your body can adapt and become stronger in the safest and most effective way.

Each week will have 3 classes for you to attend where you will be with your cohort of no more than 4 participants. We ask that you commit to the one-time slot for the 6-week program. Afterward, you are free to join other time slots. The class schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5 pm and 6 pm.

What about nutrition?

Nutrition education will be focused on the idea of “good nutrition”. Which is the habit of eating in a way that improves your health, vitality, and quality of life. This is an individualized approach. Some of you may be tracking food intake and others may be working on a more intuitive approach. We will work together to figure out what is best for YOU.

How much is it?

This program is 50% off for the first round of 8 women (4 per time slot)! Let me explain.

Working with me 1:1 starts at $80 per hour. That can get pretty high if you’re training multiple times a week, working on nutrition, and checking in. We understand that may not be feasible for everyone.

Luckily, this is a group package. You won’t be alone but will have the attention, support, and accountability needed to succeed.

Normally, this 6-week program would run upwards around $800.  Because this is the first version AND only for the first 8 women to sign up, you won’t pay $800.  All 6-weeks are 50% off. That means you pay $400 for an $800 value.

Afterward, you will have the option to continue at a discounted all-inclusive rate or a custom-built coaching package. Prices range from $200-$800 per month.

How do I sign up?

Sign up before all spots are filled and save $400! The price will go up after the first round. This program starts on October 26th.

Coach Jesus

A message from Coach Jesus...

This is NOT a weight-loss transformation program, nor is it a cardio-addict and intensity junkie class. This 6-week program is focused on the instruction of safe and effective strength and conditioning practice. You will get STRONGER and I will show you HOW to train correctly. When you leave this program, you will be one of the most knowledgeable people in any gym setting for proper training and execution.

I have extensive years of coaching and programming for a wide group of people. Each training session will be individualized to you specifically. That means I can work with most injuries, asymmetries, preference, and fitness levels. My personal goal is to help you fulfill your goal. That may be to lose some weight, it may also be to learn how to do said exercise, or maybe how to get started for the first time. All of them are perfectly fine goals, and we will work on them together.

In closing, I will say that I have high expectations. I will match you step-for-step and hold you accountable. Coming to the gym is one part of the success formula. What you do outside of the gym is even more important. I expect you to come to each session ready and prepared as well as engage in our community - a diverse group of people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, all working together and supporting each other. The program is about being part of a community that shares our goals, wins, losses, and progress over time. If you show up prepared and engage throughout the entire course, I have no doubt that we will both be happy with the end result!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t complete all 6-weeks?

If you cannot complete the 6-week program due to illness or other medical reasons, we will credit you the cost to complete at another time. If at any time during the program you feel you are not receiving any value, please speak with Jesus directly to work this out.

What if I can’t come into all the workouts?

There are 18 workouts in 6 weeks without any makeups that are planned. If you miss a workout, you can attend an already scheduled group class as a fill-in session.

Is there a refund policy?

We do not do refunds, however, we promise to continue to work with you to solve any issue.

How strict is the diet?

It really depends on the goal. A coach will work with you individually to assess personal preferences, goals, lifestyle, and potential modifications. We don’t believe in the “perfect diet”, we prefer in finding what works for you right now.

What about the pandemic?

We have followed strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols before the onset of the pandemic. We have provided extra cleaning supplies and sanitation to help. We also limit the traffic for classes and open gym to provide adequate social distancing. As well as, dividing the training space into individual training spaces that allow people to train socially distanced, masked, and with individual equipment kits provided by us.

Is this program available for remote/online members?

Yes but with some modification. Please contact email jesus@resilientfitnesstucson.com for more details on this.
