The recap: end of August

Nine years ago, I started personal training at the YMCA.

I guess you can say they gave me my first shot. I loved every minute of it but I have to say I’ve come quite a way from teaching people about the YMCAs machines and where the locker rooms are to teaching proven pain-free strength training strategies and programming for competitive athletes and folks who want to get as strong as possible.

Now, we have our Grand Opening this coming Saturday from 12-2pm! Resilient Fitness is a by product of the last 10 years of coaching and working with folks to get fit, healthy, and strong. I can’t believe it’s been that long! RSVP using this link to let us know you’re coming.

Check out the Grand Opening details here -> September 7th.

This past week, we launched our S4L program registrations.

It’s a 6-week group training program built to help you learn the fundamentals of lifting to help you build strength, grow muscle, and improve movement. The program launches on our Grand Opening date and you can participate in-house at Resilient Fitness or Online/Remotely.

I often talk about stress management with members. This article give s a great breakdown of the effects of stress and strategies to use to manage it. I wish I would have wrote but also happy it's out there for everyone.

Lastly, coming soon...

We've had several request for a High School (13-18 years old) program. I'm working out the details and will have that out soon. If you'd like to be notified when that opens, email me at contactus@resilientfitnesstucson.com and you'll be the first to know.
