Who are you reading about?

My name is Jesus Acuna and I own Resilient Fitness a private personal training studio and my main hub for all things fitness. I’ve been in the field for 10 years, like to pick up heavy things and run for cardio, and I’ve lost over 100 pounds before I got in. I’m also a continuing education junkie so I’m constantly trying to level up and learn the best way to improve and be efficient. I help people:


  1. Train for strength in a safe and effective manner. 

  2. Condition their body for optimal levels of cardiovascular fitness

  3. Eat for your goals without sacrificing who you are, your family, and/or culture

Why is this important?

Exercise and nutrition is the BEST tool for managing and maintaining a high quality of life, the problem is that quality of life is subjective to the individual and the fitness field has the tendency to forget that. The long list of fat loss challenges, fad diets, naked models, and screaming meatheads leave people intimidated or left out.

How do I get started?

2020 is almost here and I am opening up our 1:1 online training program for people who are serious about taking action on their health goals. This is a very intimate group and I want to make sure you are serious about working together, so below is an application to help get us in contact before making any commitment. Fill it out and we will schedule a 15 minute chat to see if we’re a good fit. If we are, I’ll offer an open spot for my coaching program that starts January 6th. If not, I will refer someone who I believe would be more appropriate.
